1. Booking & Payment – Buddies Home Terms

  • Make all reservations through our official website, authorized platforms, or via WhatsApp at 8800213158 or 8800213163.

  • We will confirm your booking only after receiving full payment or an agreed deposit.
  • Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, and authorized third-party gateways.

  • Prices may change based on demand, season, and availability.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM

Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Please provide a government-issued ID proof at check-in.
  • Valid IDs include Aadhaar Card, Passport, and Driving License. Local IDs are accepted.
  • Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Solo bookings from minors are not allowed.
  • We do not allow minor couples to book or stay at the property.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Review the cancellation policy during your booking process. The policy will be reflected on all bookings made through our website or any other platform.

4. House Rules at Buddies Home

  • We strictly prohibit loud music and parties to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
  • Visitors may enter only with prior approval, so please contact us before inviting anyone.
  • You must maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the apartment at all times.
  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Please respect these spaces.
  • We do not allow pets in most properties. However, you should check with the host or reservation team before bringing a pet. Some rooms may allow pets for an additional charge.

5. Liability & Damage

  • You are responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, or appliances.
  • We may charge a refundable security deposit, which will be refunded after inspection.

  • Buddies Home is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

6. Safety & Security

  • Guests must comply with the building’s security and safety regulations.
  • CCTV surveillance is in place for security purposes in common areas.
  • Any misconduct, illegal activities, or violations of these terms will lead to immediate eviction without a refund.

7. Privacy Policy

  • By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
  • We do not share guest information with third parties except as required by law.
