Booking & Payment

How can I book a stay at Buddies Home?

You can easily reserve your room through our official website, trusted OTA platforms, or by contacting us directly on WhatsApp at 8800213158 or 8800213163. Moreover, booking directly often gives you access to exclusive deals.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of options, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, and authorized third-party payment gateways. Moreover, all transactions are secured for your peace of mind.

 

Can I pay at the property upon arrival?

Yes, walk-in bookings are available. However, rooms are allocated based on real-time availability, and we do not hold any property without a booking amount. Therefore, advance booking is recommended.

Check-In & Check-Out

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in starts at 2:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Nevertheless, early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability and additional charges.

 

What ID proofs are accepted at check-in?

We accept Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, or any other government-approved identity document.

Are local IDs accepted?

Yes, we do accept valid local IDs without any issues.

Guest Policies

Can guests under 18 years book a stay?

Guests below 18 must stay with a parent or legal guardian. In contrast, solo bookings by minors are strictly not allowed.

Are minor couples allowed to stay?

No, both guests must be at least 18 years old to stay with us. This policy ensures the safety and compliance with local regulations.

Are unapproved guests allowed?

No, only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Furthermore, any additional guests will incur extra charges.

Cancellation & Refunds

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies differ based on your booking type. You can view the specific terms during the booking process on our website or OTA platform. Consequently, it is important to review these terms carefully.

How long does it take to process a refund?

If applicable, we process refunds within [X] working days. However, processing times may vary depending on your bank’s policies.

House Rules & Additional Charges

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome only in select rooms with prior approval and an additional fee. Therefore, please confirm with our team before planning to bring your pet.

Is there a charge if I lose the room key?

If you lose your room key, a replacement charge of ₹2000 will apply. Thus, we encourage you to keep your key safe at all times.

Are parties and loud music allowed?

No, we strictly prohibit parties and loud music to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all our guests.

Can guests decorate rooms or use flowers on bedsheets?

Guests are not allowed to stick items on walls or place flowers on bedsheets. Moreover, any action that causes hard-to-remove stains, such as blood stains, is strictly forbidden.

Will guests be charged for bedsheet damage?

Yes, guests will be charged for any bedsheet damage caused by blood stains, cigarette burns, or any other hard stains. As a result, we recommend treating all room furnishings with care.

 

Do you offer birthday or anniversary decorations?

Absolutely! We offer decoration services for special occasions at an additional charge. Please contact us in advance to plan your surprise.

Kitchen Facilities

Is there a kitchen for guests to use?

Yes, select rooms feature a fully equipped kitchen. You will find an induction cooktop, mini fridge, basic utensils, cooking pots, crockery, cutlery, RO drinking water, and a microwave. Furthermore, guests must maintain cleanliness and respect house rules while using the kitchen.

Alcohol, Smoking, and Drugs

Are alcohol and smoking allowed?

Alcohol consumption is allowed inside your room, provided it does not disturb other guests. Meanwhile, smoking is permitted only in designated areas to ensure everyone's comfort.

Are drugs allowed on the property?

No, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for drugs. Any possession or use of illegal substances will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund.

Safety & Security

Is there CCTV surveillance?

Yes, we actively monitor common areas with CCTV cameras to ensure the safety of all guests. As a result, you can feel secure throughout your stay.

What happens in case of any damage to the property?

Guests are fully responsible for any damage they cause. Therefore, we may collect a refundable security deposit at check-in, which we return after a successful property inspection.

Food & Meals

What is the provision of food at your property?

You will have a wide variety of choices! There are several restaurants, food vendors, cafes, and takeaway outlets located within our building. Furthermore, food menus are available inside your room for easy ordering.
